ProspectSoft
CRM functions and data can be accessed from other applications through
the new XML programming interface (XML API).
By
writing plug-in’s to respond to events, customised user interfaces
can be developed, with specific windows and functions. Developments
can be extended to web and wireless environments using standard
tools that now include SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) XML
(extensible Mark-up Language) and .Net (Microsoft web toolkit).
